  1. My GP's has turned into a diagnose anything you like over the phone, type of service. I speak to GP's over the phone who have no idea who I am or indeed what I look like and never read my notes. I find this extremely disturbing as I have many illnesses and the moment the conversation begins I quickly realise most of the GP's haven't any idea I am suffering from. And yes my GP's is far to big and impersonal, I actually don't know who most of them are.
