The company who design and build HIMARS is Lockheed Martin and the shares in their company are mainly held by the institutional investors, State Street Corporation, Vanguard group, BlackRock, Capital Group Companies, and others. All private companies and not governmental agencies, who are making huge profits on the backs of US tax payers. Commonly known as wealth transfer, from the American people into the hands of private companies. While America continues with it's perpetual war model economy and it doesn't look like it will end anytime soon, these companies are laughing all the way to the bank.
