  6. The moment a civilian infrastructure is used for military purpose its status changes. Hamas is responsible for every death in Gaza

Since Israel can only use the aid on US made weapons, the US benefits from the aid simply because it forces Israel to transfer technology and know-how to the US to manufacture them for Israel. Example, Tamir missiles(Iron Dome interceptors designed and developed by Israel), SPICE bomb etc..
