  2.  @SnarlaRae  exactly he needs funding bcz the city can't afford to house them in places that the community uses for recreational purposes, he needs money to pour back into the community, unfortunately if u don't help the immigrants, they will kill, rob, and steal with no money and free time, something has to be done
