  1. Hello so I am purposely sending this to you under a North Carolina video. Got a local NYC news feed that US News and World Report just came out with a listing of best city/metro rankings. Sadly NYC is low but Raleigh is number 2!! Check out the report 150 best places to live in US 2021-2022 NYC came in below 100 due to expense.
