  14. +jdoedoenet The problem with the whole "the truth is usually grey" or "I don't see black and white" is that people use this statement to really mean they are "sitting on the fence" or they don't have the conviction to make a decision and so they say it could be any option, or it's both, so they can never be seen as being wrong. Your Option C is just Option B, since Option A will be the automatic result of Option B. It should be obvious the Option B has a miniscule chance of being true. There is so much against this option being true in general and in this particular case. This is obviously a distraction or Option A. Don't let this "I can't believe in anything obvious, because then I won't look deep and intellectual" mindset, distract you from the obvious (which is ironic in this case).
