  2.  @ki11aqueen5  Sounds like excuses. One meal at a fast food restaurant is around 1000-1500 calories. And that's mainly sugar, carbs and fat. Plus combo meals tend to be around 8 to 10 bucks a meal, adding up quickly. So not only does it make you unhealthy, but it's expensive. YouTube has plenty of channels that tell you how to not only meal prep for the week, but how to portion things out so you can make a quick, easy meal. Places that serve nothing but diabetes on a plate are not essential. And consider obesity is a leading contributor to coof deaths, we should be tackling obesity.

  5.  @ki11aqueen5  That depends on how much overtime they take. But they have at least one day a week to do a weekly meal prep. Plus, with all the people who were laid off, how would they not have time to cook?
