@TWEAKLET There's this thing called a "job" that they can get! Then they can afford an RV park's rent and have water hooked right up to their RV! The food problem can be solved with a job as well! Unless you're implying these people are eating rats right off the street.

@PrimericanIdol In your case, that's because California has strict regulations about where and how you can build. Then there's reports for the environment and animal populations (as if anyone cares about stupid desert rats) and NIMBYs who can delay your housing build even longer!

Why has no one challenged the court ruling allowing this? Not allowing homeless people to sleep wherever they want is NOT cruel and unusual punishment, which only applies to prisoners.
