  4. Wow, if you pay attention to Newsom in that clip, there's nothing but cope coming out of his mouth. Also Diamond Valley Lake, which you called Diamond Valley Reservoir, is too far from Pacific Palisades to have been any help, without traffic, it's almost 2 hours away.
