@sararistow6137 And no one has more rights than someone else. A fetus has no more right to reside in a woman's uterus than someone has a right to take your kidney because they'll die without it.

@bradmiles1984 The fetus has no right to use a woman's uterus unless she wants it to. Kinda like how you're not obligated to give someone one of your kidneys even if it means they'll die.

If that's the case, then their rights don't override the woman's. It has no rights to use a woman's uterus, much like you don't have to donate a kidney if you don't want even if it means the person in need dies. It's precedent: McFall v Shimp. And you aren't a citizen until birth or naturalization.
