I know I shouldn't talk about people's looks, but Hochul paid for her current face so it doesn't count: this dummy has so much Botox, she is unable to emote and not only that, thought it was a good idea to give herself the permanently angry eyebrows and ruin her natural eyebrows, her eyebrows are too high up and don't even try to follow the brow ridge, making her look horrible for her age and also angry surprised all the time. They are also too thin.
