  1. same (r@p here Hi Fr:NYC metro area... 2 days ago 10% to 15% tax $300K+ pt.time property in ENTIRE NY state ( not just nyc,,,everything in nyc IS over $300K !!! ) proposal in placed by legislature person we JUST signed a petition... we're O U T ! planning our escape totally ! cheaper to fly by plane for " visits" for 1 elderly relatives ,(phew that's it!) then NO turnin' back... luv this video channel, (glad I found it recently)

  2.  @jamaalme6961  Hi Fr: NYC metro area...Bangladesh Mr. Jamal is VERY Americanized 3 model town(little mini cities within Dhaka) + 1 more...PLENTY of Ame. parties & foreigners EXCELLENT schools in English, EXTREMELY SAFE & kindest ppl & U can open a business, lots of US soldiers etc. also UK ppl Aussies lots, VERY Int'l moderninzing secular country just beautiful place & ppl cheap a throw back in 1950's 1940's prices...I know that place VERY well... ( well travelled person /lived)

  5.  Pui Yue  Hi Fr:overtaxed NYC metro area... we R soooo ,,scr3vved!,, Been 2 Hong Kong loooong time ago, nice 6% is for Malaysia tax & Singapore is 6% tax also? I purchased all nice evergreens bushes about 50 + for our home , then we have other properties in nyc will leave 1 but our Litchfield Cty, CT & our Bklyn got to go & we bought another place have only a few years to pay but it's since over doubled, we R going to fix remodel QUICK by this spring & out X 2 places... then out 1 more... We ALREADY today ...I mean hours ago sold a bunch of stcks & all is left R coffee gas oil etc... 2 restrictive in the NY area Northeast etc... this place is for the birds taxed... new taxes...n!ew ways 2 tax ... etc.. but same old same old ...this IS nu++5! Thanks we will sell 1st then totally leave on retirement but visit places B4 we don't want to own anymore...not in the USA or anything like the NEW tax "inventions" here... cr@see

  15. no state tax , low tax New Hampshire, USA.there's a bee line at the border to buy liquor etc no state sales tax etc. no seat belt law no this law that law etc... it is in border with Canada & Northern New England states have the BEST health care in the USA, plus it is a drive to Massachusetts where your kids will certainly go to the TOP schools / universities in the USA when they finish High school

Cuomo announced indoor dining would end in the city beginning Monday (we have orange zone Staten island & Williamsburg BKL'yn) 2nd round! Indoor dinning & bars to shut down again on Dec 14th MONDAY NYC due to Covid-19 uptick ! NYGov Sloomo said as hospitalizations reached 5,321 statewide, with 1,668 patients in the city(dailypress)

  21. an Italian from Bklyn near VZ bridge retired in China...(out of the blue) X 7 years now He owned 2 large well known Quality small-medium sized Italian neighborhood supermarkets (salumerias) for many decades. He's still in China, enjoying it.

Yes I agree the eastern cultures R doing MUCH better in this situation... & the mainland Chinese here in NYC R hard at work 6 am to 12mn & then some... in Chinatown, they R willing to work work work etc. our left libby cities R going to the cr@pper ... I am planning to sell sell sell & be ready 2 get out.. absolutely true about ppL from East want to work, do business etc. yes UR monies in the eastern countries R doing better holding up well compared to us but outside of NYC area or outside of the socialist cities don't care much of Chinese anything nowadays, but NOT true for the major cities, "poor" mainland Chinese thrive & try & try succeed well & reinvent themselves if they need to do well the cities R open arms for them, yes!...

  39. my past co-workers who R Guyanese told me about the different types of ethnic problems there & U will get accosted on the road...4 ppl will get on the bus & stick it up etc. & they have in nearby islands another West Indian country there is a white powder U don't see & U touch it from a business card U get dizzy & faint in a few steps & whatever will happen 2 U after that !   42.  @viajandosemlimites5678  Hi Fr:NYC metro area... well now round #2 RED ZONE SINY city, BKL'n (Williamsburg etc), NY city, since Thanksgiving & as of the other day+ RED ZONE Litchfield Cty, CT etc. + (rural here ...GO FIGURE), so beauty parlors gyms etc, closed... only take outs essentials etc.( if they were strict day 1 this wouldn't happen), I agree W/Thailand over rated etc...looking ahead what 2 do... meantime fixing remodelling planning escape routes thanking U 4 UR reviews, keep it coming, thanks soo much... I don't know if I want extreme cold as it is already cold 3 hrs north of nyc
