  1. the ONE law that i think should be passed is that the mayor's/ MP's/ MPP"s homes should be fixed LAST in any natural disaster. Especially when it comes to restoring electricity.

  4.  @ritchl3262  NOT in our area they don't. And ppl without cell phones don't waste money on energy drinks. or Starbucks, etc. Those things are expensive!! and so are the plans. We pay more for phones and plans than any other country on Earth.

  5. a lot of older and or poorer ppl don't have cell phones and can't afford the plans. Guess they're not going anywhere or seeing their families.
