@scottfarner5100 US immigration laws are not "republican" policies. Joe Biden is the President, he's definitely not a republican. Exactly what policies does President Biden have in effect that are "republican" policies?

@carlostuggle6515 President Biden could have ended Title 42 a long time before May of 2023. Title 42 was extended by the Biden administration in August of 2021. The extension explicitly stated that Title 42 would end when all pandemic emergency policies ended.
