@williamfranz9872 I guess you didn't watch the video. Texas has the money and the land has already been secured for the wall. They are building on land owned by Texas or on private land donated to the state of Texas.

@williamfranz9872 I agree eminent domain cases take forever to go through the judicial process. Abbott addressed that problem. The wall is only being built on land already owned by Texas or land that has been donated by private land owners. There's no eminent domain problems or legal fees.

@williamfranz9872 So are you saying Texas doesn't have the money or land and won't build the wall? Do you think they are just saying this for a favorable polling?
