@elborichu1 It's both party's fault. Pelosi and the democrats want to spend, spend, spend. As a responsible law maker they shouldn't be spending more money than the government receives. I know I have a budget, and I can't spend more money than I make.

@elborichu1 Republicans negotiated until Pelosi called for summer recess. Republicans were even willing to agree on putting together a bill on all of the items that each side were in agreement with. Pelosi and Schumer said they wanted more, Pelosi said there's no need for a piecemeal bill. I guess Pelosi was more worried about the USPS and mail in voting than helping the American citizens.
