@johnhumphrey9953 These people are breaking the law. 18 US Code 1507. Regarding Judges and protesting. It is illegal to protest at a Judges house.

@johnhumphrey9953 People have the freedom of speech and are free to peacefully protest. However, they do not have the right to intimidate or impede the judicial process. We are a nation of laws. If you want to look at every law in this country, I'm sure there are thousands that violate the Constitution or could be interpreted as such.

@johnhumphrey9953 They are outside the Justices homes threatening that if the make the wrong decision they will pay for it. That's intimidation.

@sidharthchand8072 There should be a law against that too. However 18 US Code 1507 only applies to judges. If people want to peacefully protest, it should be done in a public place.

@johnhumphrey9953 Everyone needs protection! Everyone also deserves respect and privacy! Common good will and civility is severely lacking in today's society. That's what is sad!

@johnhumphrey9953 You have taken that ruling way out of context. The ruling says, "State law did not entitle the holder of a restraining order to any specific mandatory action by the police. Instead, restraining orders only provide grounds for arresting the subject of the order. The specific action to be taken is up to the discretion of the police. The Court stated that "This is not the sort of 'entitlement' out of which a property interest is created." The Court concluded that since "Colorado has not created such an entitlement," Gonzalez had no entitlement or property interest. It is tragic that her 3 children were murdered, but how would you suggest that the police enforce a restraining order? It's obvious that the man was deranged and had mental health issues. That problem has never been properly addressed in this country.

@NeedToKnow1947 At least Cruz isn't a hypocrite like Cori Bush. She wants armed security but wants to defund the police.
