I listened to that "leaked" audio of Biden with black leaders. He was very condescending and arrogant. In that way he is racist because he thinks he's better. Like how dare they question him.

The "leaked" audio of Biden talking with black leaders is very telling. In the exchange Biden comes across very arrogant and condescending. Maybe he didn't intend to be like that but that's how it sounds.

@MakeshiftElectric True. Although, he has made arrogant condescending remarks while on the campaign trail. An example being the comments to a Detroit auto worker.
