Before 2021 the highest yearly total was 1,814,729 in 2000. Obama's yearly totals decreased from a high of 889,212 to 462,388 in 2015. Trump's highest yearly total for illegal border crossings was on 2019 at 970,000. His previous yearly totals were 572,566 and 461,540. Biden's border crisis is of his own making and has nothing to do with President Regan.
