@MyName-pl7zn Biden has been in office 7 months. He's had that long to get American citizens and Afghan contractors out. I don't agree either with releasing prisoners, but the Afghan government released those prisoners. I don't know why they would ever agree to those terms. The Afghan government was totally corrupt and it was a total failure on our governments part to trust them. That's not just on Trump, but Obama, Biden, Bush, CIA, DOD, and the State Department. However, Biden owns this disaster because he pulled troops out first and is now negotiating with terrorists. The number 1 rule should be never negotiate or trust terrorists.

@MyName-pl7zn I'm old enough to remember Saigon too, it was a blunder as well. However, I don't think we lost any American lives in that withdrawal. I could be wrong though, that was a long time ago.
