  6. @24:50 That article reminds me of another fantastical article I read last year regarding the oil embargo on Russia. The "expert" proposed forcing Russia to sell their oil for $40.00 per barrel or at cost. Then sell this oil on the open market, give the excess profits to ukraine, and have the EU manage the funds. His thesis was that Russia cannot stop pumbing oil because that would ruin the machinery or something. In essence, the proposal was to make Russia a slave to the west and not get any money to support itself.
