He's 100 years old and still directing national security. Wow! How many organs have been harvested to keep this old geezer alive, so he can live out his diabolical fantasies?

  3. The evacuation relates to the coming referendum. Kiev thinks nothing of sacrificing the people nor the soldiers. People power is what he's afraid of, and when Russia eventually takes the Ukrainian control territories, the people will vote to join Russia. If no people are there, then the voting cannot take place.
