  4. They can not send the Taurus. There is a treaty between Russia and Germany, which forbids germany from attacking Russia. This treaty was signed when the USSR allowed the unification of Germany in 1990. The cat is out of the bag. If they use the taurus, that will be a declaration of war. This is why the german ambassador was summned to give him a stern warning. It doesn't matter if ukraine uses these taurus or not.
