  3. The Russians are done with the Europeans. Their cheap oil will be sold to friendly countries to make those rich, just like Russia helped Europe become wealthy with cheap energy.

  4.  @junkmangeorge6363  the item is called DEF or diesel exhaust fluid, or urea a byproduct of ammonia . Russia is the largest exporter of this ingredient.
