His idea of making peace on the line of the Minsk agreement, reflects his new found "aha" moment. We all had that aha moment, and now we are here.

  4. The depleted SOR must be refilled. Joe wants to start buying oil at $80 per barrel to fill it up. The Saudis said two months ago that the oil market has a supply imbalance and they will cut supply to correct this imbalance. The WH is livid because this leaves the SOR in jeopardy of nothing getting filled back up. The SOR was used up to reduce gas prices before the midterms.

  5. Biden said he wants to refill the strategic oil reserves which are severely depleted. He wants to buy this oil at $80 pb. Therefore, this move by OPEC+ will put a wrench on his plans and he will never fill up the SOR. Biden used the SOR to artificially reduce gas prices at home to gear up for the mid terms. The Saudis said that the oil market is out of balance in regards to supply, and they will not increase supply, and this will iron out this artificial supply.
