They are prepping by destroying patriot missiles, AA defences, DU storage facilities, and Ammunition depots. Also destroying Ukrainian military behind the front-lines and destabilizing reserves of Ukrainian armed forces. They are finally destroying bridges which are used to supply weapons the AFU. They are also learning how to destroy any new weapons which nasty NATO introduces into Ukraine.
