  1. $1.2M for basically a large hotel room. I would sell as fast as possible or take the cash equivalent. The $50K cash bonus wouldn't even cover the property taxes and maintenance fees for a little over a year.

  2. really? I always thought that they offered cash equivalents for the prizes. Maybe I am thinking of one of the contests run by one of the other hospitals. Either way I would still sell as quick as possible. Better to have $1M in my pocket then a $1.2M asset on my books that would suck up my $50K in cash really quickly.  @Modi_Prime_Minister_4_Life
