  3. car crashes have occurred since the invention of the car and crashes are becoming "safer" with the invention of new technology and better understanding how crash dynamics. This is a sad tragic event but it is rare when compared to the total number of cars on the road and crashes. Accidents happen every day. You seem to be overreacting.

  4.  @strangelyfamiliar1729  You seem too stunned to understand that car crashes have been in existence since the invention of the car and car crashes have become "safer" compared to what they were in the past. Again this is a sad tragic event but in comparison of the number of drivers today vs the past and the number of deaths per crash etc. things are safer today then they were decades ago. This type of thing is a rare event.
