The province took over responsibility of the Gardiner and DVP. Both the fed and provincial govts gave her money...the budget was balanced and instead of keeping it that way she went and spent a billion more putting the city back in a deficit....and her solution is to put her hands in our pockets and take more of our hard earned money. What an incompetent fool. Nothing more than thief. All our politicians from all levels of govt and all parties are incompetent fools. They are politicians for a reason.....they can't make it in the real world.
