  1. There is a difference between climate and weather. But if you want to try and use weather as a base then going back several decades at this time of year Toronto would have been under 2-3ft of snow and facing minus 20 or more temperatures. This year has been little to no snow and temperatures have been above freezing...almost like it is warmer.
