  2. they do it all the time. If something happens in any part of the city they put the small intersection that it took place on. You would have to live in the immediate area to know where it was. But if something happens in Scarborough they put "Scarborough" in the title of the video and repeat Scarborough as many times as possible.

  3. Toronto was ranked 4th safest city in Canada to live in. And if you consider Barrie part of Southern Ontario then it was ranked #1. Top 4 out of 5 cities ranked most dangerous were in the west or in one city north (somewhat west) Ontario (Sudbury). I believe Windsor was the only city in the top 5 that is in Southern Ontario. Considering nearly half the population of Canada lives in Southern Ontario that is not bad. But have fun living in whatever $hit hole city you move too.
