  8. the majority of funding for policing comes from municipal then provincial levels of govt. The federal govt wouldn't be involved in this crime. And police no matter who pays their salary are not fortune tellers that can magically know where every single crime will take place then show up like Batman just in time to save the day. Police get tips from the public all the time to solve crimes because it is the public (like neighbor's, family, friends etc in this case) that would know who the person was. You sound like a fu$king id$iot.
