  1. The province took responsibility of the DVP and the Gardiner Expressway. Both the provincial and federal govt gave her money and the budget was balanced. So what does this fool do? Instead of keeping the budget balanced she goes and increases spending by $850M putting the city back into debt and her "solution" is to put her hands into all of our pockets and take more of our hard earned money. What an out of touch id$iot. She didn't inherit a mess she created one
