First announcements I remember for this was several years ago.....construction was going to start in 2019 or 2020 and cost was around $16 billion. Last update I remember is cost is about $20 billion and we barely put a shovel in the ground. Project is just starting and we are already behind schedule and over budget.......this thing won't be done for another 30 years if we are lucky. And we can thank our incompetent politicians (at all levels and parties) for it. We have fools running our country but can't get anything better. The are politicians for a reason....they can't make it in the real world.
