I ask because even on the islands in some tropical way where there is no chemtrailing, depending on the season, there are red sunsets because of the light of the sun, the angle of it, as it sets, as it passes through the clean air, cause that spectrum of light to show as well as natural enviromental/atmosphere factors.

Broken roads are not because of companies paying their taxes, it's because of our corrupt leaders diverting funds to pay off their crooked pals. You claim this stuff isn't really hard to figure out, well, you have quite the Dunning-Kruger effect position in this area which explains why you are over-confident it is not hard to figure out, when you basically epically failed.
