Thank you for the love of our Italian food, as long as it is true authentic Italian food ;-] , not alleged Italian food like some made by the Chinese or something with fraudulent 'from Italy' products. Italy is so serious about using the most pure, clean, natural, healthy grown ingredients _[and honourable raised in regards to animal food],_making and serving top quality delectable, appealing and succulent food that they have a special govt department or organisation that tracks companies etc who try to claim they are selling authentic Italian products and if they are not, they take them to court etc, and win of course. As a first generation Italian-Canadian who has parents from the south, our families strive over and above to make, cook etc really tasty, savoury, delicious food - e molto buono!!!!! this video didn't make me proud rather quite honoured, flattered, pleased. When my mamma would make a meal, i would ask her to effect "How come your food is so damn delicious/good" - she made abundantly clear that she made it with LOVE. Thank you to all them who truly love authentic Italian cuisine. Greek cuisine is quite tasty good also as is some Middle East food which the Italians and Greeks partly borrow from. I haven't tried authentic Japan food yet.

As an Italian-Canadian first generation, i have family and know many Italians who like me, absolutely abhor and loathe being called white, since not just that no one is white or black and that we are all shades of brown and all bleed rdd, but also we are in the south, them who honour our cultural heritage and traditions to cook food with true love to please others which is why Italian food when made with love tastes so good, delicious etc.
