  1. "Science fiction writers, I am sorry to say, really do not know anything. We can't talk about science, because our knowledge of it is limited and unofficial, and usually our fiction is dreadful." ~ Philip K. Dick This is for the materialist/naturalist/mechanist/evolutionist who has watched and read far far too many science fantasy/fiction movies, shows, cartoons and novels and comics etc that are based on that world-view; cybernews [insert the period] kom [forward slash] editorial [forward slash] machine-learning-cannot-create-sentient-computers It's not even machine learning since only living creatures truly learn, it's actually SSITR = Sophisticated Software Instruction and Task Refinement. Sadly there is only a minority of people in this world who have experiential acute aptitude and assiduous erudition that understand our nature of reality enough to know a glorified calculator aka an electronic computation/logic machine [what we call 'computers' when really 'computers' were people and still are people who compute math problems] does not 'think' for it is not a living creature nor will never become alive a living creature, it simply follows instructions and rules scripted by mankind, electronic sophisticated software designed by mankind to mirror and mimic mankind like a part, a fancy search-engine-term-completion stochastic parrot. "AI" only "exists" in the realm of science fantasy/fiction and the NewWorldOrder kings/rulers refer to the great myriads of society they have been spending decades stultifying as the actual 'artificial intelligence'. The more dim-witted and dulled-down they make the society, the easier it is to deceive them that something is true, when it's not true. What is called ''AI'' [a great made up lie by satan] by premier swindlers and their victims, is not no matter how much they claim it is and it will never exist in our God created nature of reality for it was never His plan. Leave it where it was born/gendered.... in the realm of science fantasy fiction. If you actually believe "AI" exists in our God created nature of reality, then you are the actual "AI." Go look up "Luc Julia", the man who invented SIRI, super tech nerd, who makes clear "Artificial Intelligence Does Not Exist".

  3.  @VariantAEC  Seems you are not fully comprehending what i took time to explain which infers you may have a materialist world-view. You stated; "You just explained what learning is in your second paragraph start from paragraph 2 sentence 2 at "it simply follows instructions."" Yes, it follows instructions given by mankind, a glorified computer does not have agency - it's not a living creature like us [with spirit and soul] or an animal [with only soul] endowed by the sole Creator with the gift of volition, will - agency - to learn, a glorified calculator is simply an electronic form of math. So it's not learning, i already explained this. clearly you are not comprehending this. "You think living creatures are different and that's where you are wrong.' I do not think, i ****know**** they are different because God/Jesus teaches such, He is the only eternal, absolute, most-sublime, transcendent,, omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent, omnibenvolent sinless-perfection sole Creator, makes clear we are profoundly different which i explained above. We are imperfect mere mortals, it's you, not me, claiming to be on the same level with God which is certified intellectual suicide. "Since the 80s the 1980s IBM (the same IBM that helped Sony make the PS3's CPU) created AIs that could write programming from scratch without first knowing about programming." You should look look up this article *Artificial intelligence does not exist, says 15-year-old IBM programmer"*. The 15 year old is a prodigy somewhat, even he knows your position is unequivocally untenable. There are many other IBM software designers who take the same position. Where ever you got that information from clearly they were a faux-cognoscenti on the matter. "You could simply explain what you wanted and the AI would create the program to do what was asked" I've been using computers since the 1980s, where you born then [honest question] ? I learned software engineering before i was 14 or so, no offence, but to me you are demonstrating quite the luminous Dunning-Kruger Effect in this area, especially since you keeping using this term "AI" which was born in science fantasy/fiction, and you demonstrably are wilfully ignoring almost all i explained in attempt to refute what i presented, which of course, you'd have to wilfully ignore almost all what i presented [incontrovertible intellectual dishonesty] to deceive or convince oneself you have refuted what has been presented. "It took another 40 years for modern AI to do the same exact things, writing far more efficiently coded light-weight programs. What life has over machine learning is as follows: humans have to make the machine. Outside of that there is nothing that an AI can't 'dream' up that we can't dream up and vice versa." Sigh, anthropomorphising a glorified calculator shows you truly are unable to accept you're nowhere as acute in comprehending such matters of the nature of reality and software engineering as you have convinced yourself, and you're claiming to be God to know better which is profound delusion, and you're claiming to know better than Luc Julia who i cited as one of many computer scientists as further evidence of people who understand the nature of reality far better than you do to know why your position is an argument from indisputable serious Dunning-Kruger Effect. Thus, there's no point in further replying to you, you're unable to obviously accept you have no real long term experiential and erudite knowledge on the matter to see how fatally flawed the position you are taking is [even Philip K Dick refutes you and you're unable to accept this, due to pride which spiritually blinds us to self-destruction], it's intellectual suicide bordering delusion from watching or reading one too many science fantasy/fiction TV shows, movies, novels, comics etc. I hope one day you spiritually mature [Damascus road event] to see how your position is quite divorced from factual operational reality.
