This is my informed perspective: The New Jersey "drones" is a psychological warfare operation by the military to test how the average intelligence lemmings will respond to pure science fiction made supposedly "real". These craft are owned by the Military that is why they don't shoot them down they are remote control craft to distract us from stuff like WWIII, dollar crashing, this that etc and others for monitoring criminals etc. It's a "HEY LOOK OVER HERE WHILE THE ECONOMY IS CRASHING AND WE ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY!!"
