  1. I guess what stones it up is, they both do just about the same thing give or take,so, if your minted you'd buy the Merc because it's a bit more special inside a bit more up to date,whereas the GTR is what we'd call old School if you like,either way your getting just about the same.

What a loaded test this for the Merc!, all the key areas are adjusted shall we say to make the Merc look good, there's only a few tents here and there,and Steve himself says the GTR is ten years old, which, if you like, makes the Merc not all that against a ten year old,but, I guess we all want different things from a Car, and that's where it should be left, you buy what you like, your money your choice, but I agree, the Merc isn't twice as good as the GTR as the logical outlook at the price.
