But Ten years of de facto independence and islamist terrorism changed their hearts and brain enough to seek reunion with Russia. those 10 years were the worst in Chechnya's history than any other era. Chechnya can still kick Russia's vital points if it wanted to . coz they are more powerful now. Yet they will not.
