  4. Yes, it's true that many Ukrainian rulers of USSR improved USSR relations with India .It's sad that Ukrainians and Russians are fighting each other today. I know so many Ukrainians living happily in Russia and i also know few Russians living happily in Ukraine .i think there's a hope that one day everything will be fine between the 2 ethnicities, they even had same ancestors about 800 years ago and both claim origins from kiev region .
