  1. Here's a radical idea. How about putting some effort in to getting the NHS working again so sick people can get treated and get healthy enough to work rather than just forcing sick people to work.

People in physical jobs just won't have the strength and fitness to keep up and those of us in technical jobs will lose our problem solving skills as the brain naturally deteriorates in old age. My father intended to keep working and realised he wasn't able to do his job properly once he was 68 so fully retired
