  5. I have met plenty of Americans who claim to be Irish. I always ask what part of Ireland they're from to which they say they of Irish parentage to which I ask which part of Ireland their parents are from and inevitably there's no answer so I ask what part of Ireland their parents are from to which they all answer, without exception, Dublin. Dublin must have been like a ghost town when 30 million people moved from there to the US
