  1. Music contracts have not changed. The deal we were offered meant we didn't own the record, we were effectively commissioned as an artist to produce a product for the record company. We would have been paid an agreed amount on delivery of the record and then royalties indefinitely. We would also have the rights to perform the music indefinitely. Our contract would have tied us to the record company for four years. Unfortunatly, before we could dominate the world, the band split. Bummer
