  3. Jimmy! The money is there. The bureaucracy is preventing nothing. They are just pretending it is so people will give them a "fools pardon". Viva Frei spoke yesterday about how people on the ground are seeing dead bodies everywhere, even in the trees and the authorities are just leaving them there. They are blocking volunteers from trying to help survivors, too. He also spoke of a claim that the state has already started bulldozing land and is claiming it as govt property.
