  1. There's great footage from Sweden a few years back: exact same scenario - but a good Samaritan helped them to subdue the criminal, but then they tell him to get lost, so he leaves. Then the man they were arresting gets back up again, beats them and smashes their car lights in, then chases them around the car park before getting away.
