  1. Yes. That's another factor to this. Stalin's people had it put in the water in gulags and it made the prisoners a lot more docile than they otherwise would have been. Ireland's "government" has been putting fluoride in the water since 1964 and within 30 years it went from a nation that fought tooth and claw for 800 years against occupation, to a nation that took everything the EU shovelled at it with hardly any resistance. Its changing now but that's what it was like for sometime.
