  1. Don't forget Victoria Nuland and the State Dept spent $5bn of US taxpayers' money overthrowing the elected government of Ukraine - and the diplomatic phrase she used was "F the EU!" Nuland is dedicated to the failed project to destroy Russia - she is not interested in any type of diplomacy - she also has a weird personal obsession with death.
