The funny thing is, at the beginning of the SMO, Elensky was hiding out until he got a promise from the Russians that they were not going to try to assassinate him: then when they gave that promise, he came out of hiding and started making all his comments, challenging Putin to a fight and all this. And then he tries to pull this. No wonder he's staying out of the country.
