It's bad what Elensky did to Poroshenko - but in all honesty Poroshenko's government is the one that banned Russian and encouraged the attacks on Donbass which led to the 2014 war - he even pledged to crush the people of East Ukraine. So now he gets to be punched on the nose by the monster he created.
